Detailed Product Description
1. Front roll has a polished smooth surface, and the rear roll has a polished corrugated surface. Both roll are made of chilled cast iron with extremely hard surface against wearing.
2. The nip between rolls can be conveniently adjusted within the limited range for obtaining rubber sheets of desired thickness.
3. The transimission mechanism is provided with enclosed protecting cover for safety and a brake is incorporated, which may bring the machine to immediately stop in case of emergency.
